Villagarcia

Software developer since 2010. I build business systems in SAP ABAP and my own desktop tools in C# and C++. After dark I photograph the night sky, and I keep a close interest in information security.

Projects

Tools I build for my own daily use, plus a few small utilities and coursework published on GitHub.

dCommander

A two-panel file manager inspired by the classic Norton Commander, rebuilt for a modern desktop: fast keyboard-driven navigation and side-by-side copying and moving between folders.

  • Password Keeper 3.0

The third generation of the password manager I use every day to keep hundreds of credentials organised and secure.

  • Settings Manager

A small library that adds a settings or configuration feature to any application in minutes, storing values in a local file.

  • NMS Savegame Manager

Watches the No Man's Sky save folder and automatically backs up save files whenever the game writes to them.

About

I'm Matias, a software developer from Argentina. I've worked professionally in SAP ABAP since 2010, building and maintaining the business logic that companies run on.

Outside of client work I write my own applications in C# and C++, mostly tools that solve problems I run into myself.

When the sky is clear I'm usually behind a telescope doing astrophotography. I also spend time on information security and the occasional game development experiment.
